Step 2 In the Registry Editor open the following registry branch:

Remove DrWebScheduler and SpIDerNT keys if they still exist.

Step 3 Uninstall SpIDer Mail® ("spiderml.exe -remove"). If spiderml.exe file has been completely deleted, you will get the massage "SpIDer Mail is not installed".

Step 4 Uninstall the drivers and services related to SpIDer Guard®: run spidernt.exe -remove, and then check the registry branches blow, if found, delete them:

HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesSPIDER HKLMSYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesspidernt

Step 5 Remove HKLMSOFTWAREIDAVLab branch completely.

Step 6 Delete any of the following keys if they exist:

HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallDr.Web for Windows 95-XP HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallDr.Web HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstallDRWEB HKLMSOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall {BBE2F69C-4338-11D7-8F0C-00A0244F4E2D}

Step 7 Go to Start - Run and input: regsvr32 "C:Program FilesDrWebdrwsxtn.dll" /u (assuming Dr.Web software was installed in "C:Program FilesDrWeb"), and then restart your computer.

Step 8 System restart may be required to delete some files found in the Dr.Web directory. Delete spider.cpl in %windir%system32 and drwebnet.sys in %windir%system32drivers.
Step 9 Restart your computer, and then you may have to perform step 8 once again.
